The Dorrance

As long as you don't mind fighting through a crowd to order, the Dorrance is a great scene. Live music on Friday night and a ton of space to sit and soak everything in.

This place is like Death & Co but in Rhode Island . I have a blog where I review bars based on their Old Fashioned and this place is the second top score I’ve given ever. I wanna miss my flight tmrw.

The vibe here is a lot more casual than the fancy traditional architecture . Good craft cocktails , good date place . The service is a bit slow though.

Start to finish it was a great experience and a huge thank you to our server. He made it even better. We had all of the apps and the oysters were superb!

Super inventive menu (sriracha butter?!) and cocktail program offered in a historic New England bank . Instant add to my All-Time Faves list.

The Hickory Cherry Old Fashioned is one of the best cocktails I've had anywhere in the world. Stunning architecture .

The drinks are tasty but not very strong (anything with juice is very juicy). Great liquor selection , though, just ask for something neat.

The drinks were ok, but white wine was served warm. The by with shiny slicked hair and pony tail was not really friendly and forgot to bring our water.

Eat before you come. Not much food in the plates.
