First tip, learn to know the difference between "Mexican", "Tex-Mex", and "New Mexican" food. This is "New Mexican" which is typically hot. Tone it down w/sopapilla and honey .

Good! If you like spicy then this is the place to go. Great relleno with excellent homemade tortillas on the side. Salsa is good and hot.

Try Adovada anything... Enchiladas , burritos , tacos ... All superb... The chicken casserole is awesome... Hot sauces are great too
