The owner is trying to not follow a city ordnance to pay livable wage at the airport expansion of The Skinny Pancake . Take that under consideration when deciding if you want to give him your business.

Food is decent, but don't rely on them to answer the phone, be open at posted hours, or have fresh muffins in the morning.
