Love this little spot. Service can be spotty - but I keep coming back for the food and convenience. EBI sunomono is perfection.

Simple, no-frills, and fairly priced , yet with fantastic and fresh sushi .

Pretty decent - rice was seasoned ok and the prices are very reasonable. Always encouraging when the kitchen staff actually speaks Japanese.

Never get tired of the veggie gyoza . Always have super fast & attentive service .

Decent sushi/sashimi for the price. Lots of rice though... Try "salmon miso " if you wanna order something other than sushi .

Sashimi is too chunky and not very fresh. Sushi rolls are not tightly rolled. The sushi seaweed wrap does not taste fresh and is chewy on the bite. Servers rush you to leave.

Real crab California rolls !

Don't recommend this place. Manager or Owner (older man with Canucks cap) is extremely rude, ignorant and seemed Racist towards Japanese & Caucasians. Servers were also clueless.

Not impressed with this joint. There' s better. Stay away from the Out of control, the chef rolled green lettuce, tomatoes and tuna with mayo , this one is supposed to be a surprise. :(

Average sushi . Close to Rogers Arena and my work.
