Japanese udon with beef is great. Make sure you season it right as per the picture instructions after the counter. Try also deep fried seafood .

こちらに訪れた日本の皆さんへ、せっかく台湾へ来ても日本食が恋しくなったりした日には…？日本にはないメニュー、スパイシー豚骨うどんをお薦めします。これに生姜を加えると正に日本の味になります。個人的にかなりホッとできる味でした♥️
