Starbucks

The baristas are friendly and always smiling, but lately they have been getting slower and slower. Never go if you are in a rush.

Pretty good with "off-menu" items...just have to explain what your going for. My my recent drink was so much better than the "on-menu" drinks I usually get there. Go figure.

Customer service is improving and the new baristas are MUCH better. I used to avoid this one, but I like the new staff

The music here is addictive! Jazzy house music , lounge , acid. old school jazz and R&B. Caught mysekf head bobbing and foot tapping.

Get their early in the morning.It's so scenic and the music will have you dancing .

Make sure your order is correct!! They are always messing it up!!! Slow all the time too!!

The busy drive thru makes it difficult to use some of the parking . The place is in desperate need for a remodel but the young employees are nice.

If you haven't tried it, try the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich . It is awesome.

This is The slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks! Get it together...please don't be in a rush and go through this drive thru !

Toasted mozzarella and tomato panini is delicious favorite.

A Jehovah witness hangout on Tues and Thursday mornings. I think they are having some kind of meeting here.They use to be over at Barnes and Nobles.

A wonderful Starbucks! Great customer service! If you every have a problem here it's rare!

Keia, Alan, and Phil are the best, but if Phil writes your cup, make sure the barista knows what it says. His writing is awful.

Best Drive Thru EVER! Always is fast and gets it right. Only too many people come over and need more parking space

Go elsewhere. I wait 2-3x longer than other Starbucks for simple orders. They don't know know about dairy in products they're making in front of them.

So. Today I went & the server was talking to an employee, so I waited. Then, she said, "May I help you?" I ordered a sandwich & in the middle of my order, she walked off to finish her conversation!!!"

Kia is the best employee at Starbucks ever. She remembers every detail and is very courteous.

Absolutely one of my favorite Starbucks spots. And when I'm done, I'll hit LA Fitness right across the street!

Great spot. The challenge is the music though good jazz is too loud to do a serious conference call inside.

The managery guy with the deep voice who works mornings is brilliant. The rest of the staff is pretty much hit or miss.

Bring your patience. Always crowded but great service and quality beverages.

It isn't the best coffee but the frappes are good. The salty food is not advisable. I order a feta and spinach wrap and it was tasteless, a waste of money.

Drive thru moves extremely slow, regardless of the number of people waiting.

Great customer service however they are often out of what you want. Management needs to do a better job keeping items stocked.

Possibly the slowest Starbucks in metro Atlanta!! I wish I lived closer to the Cascade location. Much better service over there.

The fact that this is the only Starbucks near me forces me to come here. The baristas suck. I have to give my drink back every time. This place needs new management and ownership. The worst!!

They have to remake make drink pretty often.

They had to ask me 3 times what my order was and still got it wrong!

The church has killed a good thing at Starbucks and all these MLM groups.

I just asked for two separate items that they were out of.

They need help with customer service.

Why did it take almost 10 minutes to get a pastry warmed? And I had to ask for it twice....

Not the best, but a good place to wait if picking people up at the airport .
