I order a soy Walnutty Latte , and the Tempeh Skillet with a side of fruit (no onion , sub soy cheese ). Delicious vegan breakfast . They also have vegan margarine when I'm in the mood for toast .

Get a Skip Scramble with a buttermilk biscuit as one of your sides. Load the biscuit up with the scramble and you've got an amazing open-faced breakfast sandwich .

You gotta get the Southside Special omelette ! It is bacon , green chile , cheddar , and cilantro heaven! Ask for the breakfast potatoes cooked well done, otherwise they aren't crispy and a bit blah.
