Tide Lock Park

Tide Lock Park is named for an old canal controlled by wooden locks that once existed on the Alexandria Waterfront. Today, there is a replica of the lock and canal in the Park, which includes many of original canal wall stones.

A nice park to visit but parking is very difficult. Suggest you walk, bike or ride the King St trolley. It’s an easy walk and on the Union Street bike route. - Bob T
