Good big size library with multi cultural/lingual books and community.
EV Charger available in the basement car park . Enter by heading eastbound on Alpha St.
Blacktown City 's libraries are the best of any Sydney local council's in terms of late returns (I'm hiding from a few others!)
Come early for a table upstairs. Especially around HSC and uni test periods
Feel free to set your phones to silent, and stfu.
