Ordered steak rare was well done will not take your order over the phone.They put you on hold until you give up and go to the website If you send a complaint the manager will call and belittle you.

Customer service is mediocre at best. Wife asks do you guys have twice baked potato ? Sarcastic waiter says I don't even know what that is. Really? Either he's a dick or needs to be a real waiter .
