Good food. Nice waiter . Really expensive though, it's dumb.
Ordered a water. Had a hair in it. Food arrived, no cutlery. Order chicken on pasta , no chicken . Had to wait for chicken , pasta got cold. Worst. Boston pizza experience. Ever.
Service is pretty terrible at the bar , but it's close to the hotel and the food is predictable.
Horrible service. Lounge was pretty empty, waited 15 minutes for a greeting and a menu. Waited another 10 minutes for a glass of water and waited another 15 to place the order.
It's been 40min and we still didn't get food, there are no people here. I understand why. Also the waitress was rude, very rude.
