Best Ramen in Nashville! Get the Tori Paten (chicken broth ) and maybe ask for an extra soft boiled egg half ;) you will not be sorry! Add a Brussel sprout appetizer if you want a foodgasm. You won't.

Was visiting from San Diego and came across this gem. Everything I’ve had there was phenomenal and really flavorful. Get the Tonkotsu and the spicy crab noodles . The crispy rice tuna also a favorite.

Get the Brussels! They're incredible! Actually everything is incredible. I was leaving, wishing I had more room to eat more.

Takoyaki and salmon nanbanzuke small plates are a must. The pork belly yakitori is the best pork belly I've had! Great place, food and drink!

I got chicken ramen and pork belly . 4/5 food (5/5 for Nashville). The service wasn't that great - stop being so snobby just because it's the most popular place in town . Being friendly will not hurt.

Best quality raw fish I have had in Nashville by far. Cocktails are great and spicy crab noodles are crazy good.

Excellent yakitori options. Arrive at open if you don’t have a reservation . It fills up fast.

Brussels sprouts are a must. Sushi is fantastically fresh. Ramen with pork belly was good but not great.

Good food and service, definitely need a reservation (but if waiting, go across the street to rosepepper for a margarita ). Ramen was good, but very salty. Sashimi was excellent, but portion was small.

Everything is amazing, but if you want to fill up on food, just get the ramen .

Try the Wagyu Gyoza . It's different in a surprisingly good way.

Funny it says "Not Pretencious" on the website, but it totally was. It was so expensive for what you get. They say to share the small plates , my shish kabob was itty bitty. Bar drinks were good.

The Yakitori section of the menu is decent but some of it is way over priced. The ramen is meh. I've had way better for much cheaper. Didn't try desert or sushi but after ramen I'm glad I didn't.
