The beef sandwiches with hot peppers and mozarella are amazing. For you chocolate lovers, the chocolate cake shake is pretty delicious too.

Quick, efficient, lots of tables. All the Portillo locations are great! Haven't found one better than any others.

Everything is amazing but the Italian Beef is my favorite and their chocolate cake shake is absolutely to die for!!!!

Chopped salad is good; their house dressing is excellent. Otherwise I usually get the breaded chicken croissant with no tomato and added honey mustard . And a banana smoothie . Prices are reasonable.

What can I say that hasn't been said!? One of the best eating establishments around!! Great food.

I generally love Portillo's, but the Shorewood store's drive through is ridiculously slow. We could be the only car in line , order one burger , one hot dog , and one drink, and we will STILL get parked.

No other place that makes burgers that taste as good. The cheese fries are so addicting.

Staff snotty. Instead of greeting us they continued to talk about their personal life. Also they gave us NO time to look @ menu before asking us for our order.

Bullshit. Get a to go order and ones a salad and you pick up at two seperate counters. Waste. Food isnt that good.
