This is the FIRST place to eat once you land in New Orleans. Oysters , authentic food, amazing cocktails (happy hour + pro move), Brian the bartender and Courtney the hostess will hook you up!

Caroline Schulweis

Go for happy hour ! 3pm-6pm. Half price cocktails and 50 cent oysters . They were great for a bachelorette party and offered us free champagne and dessert ! Strong cocktails .

John Graham

House amber ale is excellent. Staff is beyond friendly . Took a little long for the main course, but a surprise drink on the house made up for it. They let my 2 year old run around, so bonus points.

Pia Wilson

This Southern breakfast was the best Southern breakfast I’ve had outside of my home. The grits were phenomenal and the bacon & sausage were perfect. The biscuit was buttery & airy. Great service too!

Jessica Ruvolo

Absolutely phenomenal overall experience! We came for a bachelorette party and our waiter Matt went above and beyond to make brunch extra special for us. Shrimp & grits , burger and drinks were delish!

Christina Chin

Hh oysters are .75c. Worth it for that. The sammie and burger is huge and couldn't finish. Fries are on point, burger kinda disappointing. Cheesy Grits are thick! Great service

Huaisi Cen

My favorite restaurant in New Orleans, great spot to have some refined local cuisine . It’s also has variety of seafood options . Not to mention, for a while, I came here for its burger .

Juhmad Hollis

The French 75 is delicious! Crafted with cognac rather than the traditional gin . I highly recommend it!

Alice Yen

Shrimp and grits were so good. Quaint and were fortunate to be seated right in front of the kitchen which gave us a great view of all the dishes they were cooking up that night. Desserts were bomb.

Silvia Aki

Great seafood in NOLA. It’s busy but it’s worth to be in line . If you can, go during happy hours so you can get very good deals . Oysters and brussel sprouts were amazing.

Annie 🌺 Jalota

They make some pastas fresh and accommodate for vegetarians (like me!). Great staff and solid food and drinks. They even gave us complimentary desserts since we had a birthday at the table :)

Peter Antiaris

Came for breakfast . Coffee is sensational. Espresso roast with a flavor of Greek/Turkish coffee and a hint of sweetness. Blood Mary was spot on in spicyness and the shrimp and grits were incredible

Layls House

We really enjoyed our dinner here! Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun but still like a "nice" restaurant . The crab bisque and etouffee were amazing!

Love Me

Food is really good! The gumbo is the best I've tasted. Portions are small, but it is so worth it. Blue crab catavalli & shrimp and grits are amazing.

Jasmine 💫

Definitely don’t try to eat here without a reservation . Especially tourists . *Highly* recommend their P&J oysters and the shrimp and grits 🙌🏻

JoHanna Hill

Amazing service. The buttermilk quail was divine. The chilled jumbo shrimp was not something I normally would order, but omg it was good. This place is good enough to distract you from an apocalypse.

Ken Yamaguchi

Oyster happy hour was marvelous! Must try the fried oysters and jumbo shrimp as well . The crawfish bisque was delicious.

Lewis Honour

Back again just because the customer service is perfect (Molly) The food is great too and the Beer well lets just say the pubs in London should come to New Orleans to check out the competition.

John Steidle

Crawfish and burrata was delicious. Shrimp etouffee was solid. Looked like the raw bar is the reason to go here. Surprisingly, the matzo ball soup was great! Service was exceedingly average.

Joseph Le

Great happy hour everyday from 3-6PM. Half price cocktail and cheap oysters !

Aline Anne Costa

We had oysters as appetizer ; shrimp and grits as our entree and strawberry tart as dessert . Everything was delicious!!!

Jonathon Taylor

The raw bar is amazing. Get the smoked redfish and the tuna tartare especially. But also don’t forget about the quail . Because the quail was to die for

Kat

Such an amazing meal! Everything we ate was delicious. I will be back when I'm in town , and happily recommend it. Make reservations !!!

Оксана Михайленко

Perfect cocktail , gourmet ecstasy when you eat «Local Fig & Speck Flatbread ”, and also “Pate ” is the best one!

Sabeen

Their shrimp and grits are delicious - plus they're great at accommodating dietary restrictions, easily made mine with no pork .

Terri Morawiecki

50 cent oyster bar happy hour hands down awesome. Pair it with a sparkling rose and you're in for a good treat. Sit at the bar and tip the oyster schuckers well , they'll give you extras.

Hannah GM

Oysters are amazing, as is the nightly bar menu and brunch . The shrimp and grits are SO good!

Lauren Price

Their happy hour is outstanding! Half off almost all drinks (including their signature cocktails - try out their spin on a French 75!) and 75-cent oysters !

Susan Mareck

Huge portions , consider sharing an appetizer , plenty to eat, especially the pork belly flat bread or sausage sampler. Try the Sazerac a New Orleans classic cocktail !

Hazal B

Very nice French restaurant . Shrimp as a starter is very nice idea. If you are sensitive for pork and pork products, you should ask before you order

Barbara Derecktor Donahue

Everything is amazing !!!! Try the Russo sprouts

Peter Lada

Raw bar : Our oysters are almost a deity in New Orleans. We love these things. Luke does the best job of sourcing oysters along the coast of Louisiana and a number of East and West coast varieties.

Melissa Black

The raw oysters were delicious! The fried oysters might be the best I've ever had! Delicious!

Ryan Ambs

Worth stopping in to escape the fried madness of the French quarter. The medium seafood platter was almost filled up the three of us by itself. Be careful how much more you order.

Allain Barnett

Went for happy hour oysters and drinks. Enjoyed the happy hour cocktails , shrimp and grits , crawfish etouffee , and bread pudding .

Jose Montenegro

This place rocks! Best food I had in NO. Shrimp and grits and bread pudding . Amazing!

Robert Sronce

Shrimp and grits were amazing. Crab bisque among the best I ever had. Wonderful service.

Ami Dunaway

The perfect blend of beef , brioche bun , delectable caramelized onions , bacon , and emmenthaler swiss, make this burger worth the hefty price tag ($16.50). Almost big enough to share.

Ashley

Happy hour oysters with a side of fries . Burger is legit and good to share with another. Cocktails are consistently good

Wes Norton

Fresh Gulf Fish , grilled, with butter sauce & veggies - exquisitely perfect- then the topper - absolutely delicious bread pudding !

Paul Lane

Wonderful restaurant ! Terrific service and stunning food! Not to be missed!

Connie Chiu

Love the interior vibes! The stuffed oyster and soft shell crab blt is freaking tasty. That sauce 🙀

Jenny Knipfer

The best meal in New Orleans! The shrimp and grits are awesome and the wait staff was incredible. Thanks "Richie Rich" for an awesome meal!

Jason H.

I could eat their oysters forever. Some of the best I ever had. Go for Happy Hour and indulge!

foodforfel

Happy hour is the best deal in town ! 50 cent oysters and half off drinks from 3-6pm.

Howard Foltz

Fresh seafood the best I have eaten. Mussels , crab legs , gulf shrimp . Friendly help . Sit at the bar for extras 😊

Juan Brooks

I love Happy hour . Tuna tartare and the raw oysters were delicious

Student

My pasta with wild mushrooms was excellent, the service was great

Wil Reynolds

Shrimp and grits is on point here. Could use a bit more spice but it's really good. Also off the Bourbon street craziness

_

HH from 3-6pm. $0.75 oysters , but not as delicious as Acme Oyster House. Food was eh. Get the French 75.
