All the toys for a great functional fitness work out...except they keep kettle bells locked up and dont have ropes or heart rate training in tje spin classes!
Cycle barre and cycle yoga are my fave. Check them out!
The shoulder opener class really helped my shoulder pain and the instructor was very helpful.
