You can see quite lot if staff . You can enjoy the tea , drink some healthy drink and enjoy the view . They will give you a pair of sock to prevent the place being dirty also prevent you from falling.
Ask for a ride from xinbeitou metro station to their doorstep. Also can eat and rest here. excellent exhibitions on tea , etc. It's under private management (otherwise known as better than public)
