Men can love animals just as much as women. What is this misandry? I went to Petsmart later that week and met my best friend. I work from home mostly and have plenty of time to take care of him.

Although I really love my cat, I feel bad for the cats that will have to live in shelters longer/won't be able to find their forever home because of these volunteers .

We actually borrowed one of their groomers she turned out to be fantastic then turned out the love our place quite well she's fit in great and we're glad to have her

Melissa has been grooming my toy poodle for nearly three years now. She and the other groomers are wonderful!

Clean store with friendly employees. (Need more staff on floor). The animals appear to be well taken care of. They also price match!

Good luck signing up for their reward program. They tell you it takes a month but it has been four and my card still isn't in the system. I'm thinking Obama and his buddies set up the system.

Volunteers are condescending and rude. Apparently they refuse to let "young men" adopt cats. I'm 22 and grew up on a farm taking care of animals including many cats.

They have a large selection of fancy feast... But they don't carry a lot of organic brands

Never terribly happy with the selection especially with the dog food brands. With the quality of dog food on the market , and in this demographic the food should be better.

Don't seem to care too much about the animals. I saw a guinea pig try to fight, and bite another one's ear, along with the other 3 guinea pigs there. Told an employee about it, and she was very rude.

They have rounded collars for long haired dogs.

In my opinion, this pet store is awful. The poor cats are not given good living situations or care at the store

I hear it's where the pets go!

The cats actually have very good care, they are all cared for by local nonprofit animal rescues , and volunteers come in several times each day to play with them & feed, water & change litter.

I have been here with rescues for several years now and the cats are treated very well . The rescue that handles them is a well respected rescue .
