If you need to visit both the Vehicle Registration and the Driver's License office , take a number at the Vehicle Registration first, it takes much longer than the Driver's License office .

The staff here is super friendly ! There is usually a wait, so bring something to do instead of sitting on your cell phone loudly complaining that you have to wait in line ...
