These folks go the extra mile for whale sightings, without being intrusive to the whales. Note: it gets chilly some 25-30 miles off shore, so be sure to bring a sweatshirt or jacket .
Don't harpoon a whale. The proprietors frown on such activity. However, saddling, harnessing, and riding whale the whales is encouraged.
