Crazy beer experiments. Also, congrats to the brewery on finally opening a taproom!

Amazing space and building design but it was super crowded when we went on a Saturday afternoon compared to 3 other local breweries . Outside space helps in warmer months but be aware during winter.

Loved the two sours I had. Pilsner was great too. Triple IPA a little syrupy for my taste--liked the one at KCBC better. Overall A1. And again, this place is just beautiful.

Best beers in NYC. Interesting, experimental brews. Especially enjoy the Milkshake IPAs and Sour IPAs . Highly recommended.

The setup is beautiful but creating a distinction between the selection of beers was rough for me. Stay away from the Dr. Pepper batch for the same reasons people stay away from Dr. Pepper .

FOR EXAMPLE, beers I’ve had here: chili/guava/pineapple (once with marshmallow ); Mountain Dew; pina colada milkshake IPA ; blueberry and raspberry ...

they specialize in sour beers don’t get it twisted. Others good too tho
