I hesitate to write this tip ...but have had some of the best experiences in an Apple Store here. Attn to detail feels more akin to private banking particularly when compared to mania of 5th Ave store

Clean , tidy, and busy. Patience is key, and everyone there works hard to help out everyone. Friendly and fun staff .

Better to just go to 5th avenue.. Some of the genius staff downstairs are absolutely rude, don't want to explain things to you or make you feel like it's a hassle they have to explain an issue.

Apple has gotten too big for its britches. Sell you stuff you don’t need. Problems with updates to IOS -ruins your older items to force you to buy new. Someone take them down a peg please.

THE SALES REPS DO NOT DISCLOSE HIDDEN COSTS AS THE COST OF THE UPGRADE PLAN. I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NONE YET WAS UNKNOWINGLY CHARGED $149 WHEN I DID NOT NEED A LOAN OR THE UPGRADE PLAN.

Worst Apple experience of my whole entire life. I regret purchasing my new iPhone here. I worked with an employee who was improperly trained and didn't know how to correctly set up my iPhone.

A nice place in a former bank building with columns and further marbles (and even a big safe is still there!). Not as crowded as at Madison Ave.

Odd that I'm giving an Apple Store anything less than a stellar review, but after visiting hundreds, I liked this one the least. Very impersonal and awkward layout. Hopefully next time is better.
