Scotty who owns the Estelle cooked at our 2nd truffle dinner at St Ali and hosted our 3rd one. The charcuterie plate is superb. We'll be running lots more events with Scotty.
Love the pork jowl , Milawa chicken and aerated chocolate mousse dessert . Have the matched wines with the degustation menu .
Ryan Flaherty is now at The Estelle! Just leave your meal in his very very capable hands and go for the degustation menu (3, 5, or 7 courses).
Beetroot and goats cheese is a must. Excellent blend of flavors and "home made " ash!
