Recommend the mac and cheese , potato salad and smoked turkey . Also used them for catering a work function and it was a huge success- everyone loved the food and there was a lot of extras!
Get the pork , try all the sauces, plus we suggest the Mac and Cheese , Cole slaw , collard greens and fry sides. good deal on craft beer varieties too.
The small rib combo with fried okra is the way to go!
Pork BBQ sandwich was very good. Two available sauces at the table, one vinegar based, one saucy...both were good.
This place gets better with every visit. Mustardy pork sandwich is killer! Brunswick Stew you can eat with a fork. I highly recommend the Q-Shack!
The brisket is amazing! Smoked turkey and pulled pork are great too.
Get the beef sausage . Best item on menu. Brisket is also wonderful. Sauce is for the birds at this place, that's when you know the meat is good.
Mix the NC and TX sauces for the ultimate happy taste buds!

Chopped bbq is excellent
They feature two different BBQ sauces here. Both are good, but the Texas Chipotle is better in my opinion. Definitely worth trying.

Ok this may not be the best BBQ in NC, but if you need a quick fix, hit up the Q Shack. Their hush puppies are quite tasty as well !
