Nice selection of dumbells (up to 50 lb), two adjustable benches , and a dip/pull-up station...plus typical cardio machines. A little cramped, but better than most hotel gums.

Great value. Not fancy, but the facilities and equipment are clean and relatively new, and they work. It's rarely crowded. There is a slight musty smell in the men's locker room, but that's minor. - Charles Guerrero
