Room is spacious and bed is comfortable . Staff are friendly with speedy service. Wireless internet speed is absolutely terrible.It'll disconnect your device while you're surfing the net frequently.

Gym isn't that bad. Weight machines are by the restaurant . Rooftop pool is nice too. Waited 2 hours for a room while other guests went ahead of me, not too keen on that. Otherwise a nice enough hotel .

Wifi signal has improved. Restaurants in the lobby request last orders @ 2130hrs. Bars @ 2200hrs. Fish n chips yummy.

Lack-lustre Valet service on arrival (thought they were supposed to assist with luggage) followed by surly front-desk girl; Bah! Are the floods & heat to blame? Nice renovated rooms on the 15th floor

Nice lobby, has gym and pool. Wifi is laughable. Room poorly ventilated so clothing / bathroom constantly damp

I actually quite like the Sebel. Good sized rooms (especially if you get upgraded ), contemporary decor & good location. A good business-hotel.

Nice rooms and great location but internet access charges are a rip off. Just tether your phone if you need it.

Disappointing. Called to borrow an universal adapter & was told "will have a look and if we hv it we'll bring it to yr room". Noone came. Tried my luck again to discover they hv a drawer full of it!

When they promote ' free internet connection ' its a load of crap..they dont even know how to reboot the freaking system

Requested fruit platter and water on arrival was received at 9.30pm. Besides that, good room.

Made a request twice to different staff and never actioned! Leaking sink pipes, bins with missing lids, loose towel racks! Pathetic gym !

I like the staff too, however had to ask about rewards program after weeks of staying, surprised no-one ever told me about it.

I frankly really like the staff , the vibe, and the location. No complaints.

Centrally located but the staff could be nicer and sleep on the outside of the mattress to avoid the hole in the middle.. But mini bar beers are well priced

Now platinum GHA status and wasn't getting upgrades ... Again had to ask and turned out their system hadn't updated. Rectified now, but again missed out due to not very good CRM.

Bom hotel , tudo bem novo bonito e bem decorado. A piscina , que fica na torre do Mercure, não condiz com o nivel desses hotéis . No mais, tudo muito bom.
