Amazing sushi and great value . Get the $75/person prix fixe menu . The 1849 oyster , toro truffle caviar , hamachi pear , and green tea creme brûlée are the best.

The sushi here is very creative with its presentation. It is very fresh as well , also just order (my recommendation) anything with avocado those were the best ones.

One of the very best Japanese restaurants in SF. Get Hamachi Jalapeno , Ikura , Uni, Ceviche , and their inventive Toro/Uni/Caviar combination. This place is way underhyped
Some of the best sushi in the city . If you like salmon , the salmon avocado roll and the Tasmanian salmon are excellent. Try the ceviche too.

Beware the text on the Omakase menu. It says $65 (good for 2 ppl), but it actually means $65/person!
Table who was seated a couple of minutes before mine had two bottles of sake and five plates before we even got water. That's after a 30 minute wait. Better things to do with my time than that.
