The environment is chill , the staff is hilarious, and on certain days they have local musicians play guitar during lunch . This place is awesome and I haven't even described their food yet!

It's kind of like subway in that you can build your own, but the ingredients are much better.

They will crisp your bacon separately if you like it crunchy. And check out the dental museum a block north. It made me smile!

If you don't order online, make sure you show up before 11:45 ... and treat yourself to a cookie sometime -- they are soft and chewy.
