Second level has lots of small shops in small cubicle-d units. Washrooms are on the second level at the end of the rows of shops, on the right (when coming up the escalator)
Dead Asian plaza . Only 20% of the stores are rent/open. For lease/sale sign all over the plaza . Only busy spot is TNT and the eating places.
With so many vacancies, it’s an example of one of many half dead Chinese malls uptown
You’ve all seen the news, so guys, watch out for male molesters.
