The on-going promo where you can get 2 burgers (grilled chicken !) for RM9 is a pretty good deal . Despite have tons of staffs , the queue hardly moves and it takes forever to serve a single customer 😡

Sometimes some menu are out of stock. Usually the one that I wanted to buy.

Despite the new face-lift, service is just pathetic considering the amount of staffs they have behind the counter. They are also uninformed about the salad exchange for fries despite HQ's assurance 😡

If you want to eat fast food that took million years to be serve, then you came to the right place.

With thr slow service they shouldn't be listed as a fast food restaurant . There are so many people in the kitchen but there are 0 burgers on the serving tray!

Service is so bad. At off peak hours, 1 manger had to do everything from preparing fries to taking orders & another staff just stood there like so blur.

Service bad like hell. Took an order and was told that they'll deliver the burger to me cause they're doing it now. 20 minutes later, it's still not done.

Onion ring hard as wood. Seems like being re-fried again and again. No clear indication of which counter is open. Queued at wrong counter. It's sucks here

Service is terribly slow. Imagine queue for more than 30mins just to place order. Worst burgerking branch ever!

So dirty ! There were baby cockroaches running on both the counter and the table. Totally ruined my appetite; defeating the purpose of going in the first place.

Service damn bad. Best part they allow outside food to be eaten here.. eg. Nasi lemak from tesco..what a joke right?
