Great food, really good service by Ervin. Really loud . Recommend red velvet cake , hoisin beef , mini tiramisu , spicy Hanoi chicken .

I have not have been here for a long time, and I LOVE how they have remodeled the place. It is so much brighter and more comfortable than before, and the waiting area is so much nicer now.

Daniel S was a fantastic and kind server. He was very attentive and extremely friendly caring for our table. Great experience!

The fish and chips is delicious. Portions are generous and very filling. Wait staff not the friendliest though.

It's busy on saturday nights, but we actually had really good service and delicious food! Loved the pastrami sandwich , and their gravy is the best for fries !

Friendly , very attentive service (on a Monday lunch ). Food was fresh and delivered to my table in less than 10 minutes. Not sure where the poor service is that everyone has complained about ...

New menu. Prices have gone up and some of the old favorites are much smaller portion-wise. Burgers are good.

Forgot our name was on the list for a table and then our service was very slow on a Saturday night. Very busy too. The food was excellent with a huge menu though. Try their sour apple martini !

If you eat in the bar , bring your own playlist. Apparently head office thinks top 40 dub step will distract you from the food. Good service though.

Hideous service and food always cold cuz servers to busy talking and standing around to check their orders... Too bad cuz in it"s day food was delicious

Cold burger , raw in the centre, lukewarm cauliflower and ginger chicken bites . Management did offer a replacement.

My guest complained her fries were cold then her chicken was overcooked. But I was happy that they took care of it and with a smile.

Colleen was my server tonight and considering my past experiences with bitter, elderly servers here, she wA fantastic. Upbeat, funny and very prompt. A+

Pickle Barrel by far has the best price for a regular coffee anywhere in the mall . Perfect for those on a budget.

The food is okay not very good though! The service is okay too. But the chocolate lava cake is absolutely amazing

They evacuated the restaurant due to Milestones being caught on fire. Funny thing is, we thought at first all the smoke is normal! This place is horribly vented on a regular basis anyway!

place was busy but the food was really fast and our server, Petrit was exceptional even when super busy!

The fajitas were very bland and the steak sandwich had a lot is gristle in it. Service was good.

Worst customer service! Waiter was rude we asked for shrimp on a salad and he brought chicken , when we told him we asked for shrimp he said no and didnt bring us the shrimp . Also the fish was raw

my bbq chicken breast dinner smelt like a barn, almost like a horse. sounds crazy but everyone agreed.

Quality of service IS bad but it's because of the floor manger(s). Had another waiter , brayan, who helped us and he was quick.

A few vegetarian items, but not much. Will try the all-grain burger .

The service at this location is beyond questionable. Whole meal, no drink. Prepared my drink incorrectly, didn't bring me water, then brought my drink at the end of the meal.

Pasta Leguine especilly made by jinny for me .. Yummy!!!

This place sucks!! My meal was given to another table so I had to wait an hour for my meal. The worst part is the place is not even busy! Bad service!

Ladies at their food kiosk don't seem interested in serving customers. Kind of rude.

Cafe has really bad service and takes long. Not suitable if ur on a lunch break. Michels baguette is more efficient.
