Don't let the manager or security try to bully you out before 10pm weekdays. This locale doesn't respect its clientele & lies about closing time! Messy racks. Get it together!
This Ross is super junky and the lines are always ridiculously long.
I had to call the District Manager Zaina 703-586-8792 : the fitting room attendant got into a screaming match with a customer. The attendant was cursing and screaming and was extremely rude!
Great place to shop for home stuff on a budget.
Skip the madness here and go next door to Marshalls if you can
Lines are extremely long on weekends!!
Only two registers open and about 25 people on line , on a Monday. Can you say "poorly managed store".
