If the queues are really long: phone a trusted friend or relative and ask them to book your ticket online giving card details (of a card you have on you) down the phone then avoid the unexpected queue

The only cineworld imax in town . Car parking is free. Get here early on weekends as queues for concessions can be very long.

Has FREE underground car park . Cinema is accessed through a dedicated lift from car park , or at street level , via ramp or steps. If you are disabled and drive, check lift working before you travel.

If you have an Unlimited Card and an Orange Wednesday code your friend gets in free as you're the paying customer. Result :)

If you expect it to be busy at the time you are visiting then book online as it will save a lot of time (providing that the machines are working - but if they are not you're allowed to queue jump)

Love this cinema but the security bug the crap out of me during the film . Every time- without fail, they stop up and down the isles making you feel ridiculously uncomfortable.

Lovely place except they don't seem to bother cleaning the screens between films ... Loads of popcorn and sticky mess all per the floor :-(

Always arrive slightly earlier than you would expect. They never seem to have enough ticket sales staff to deal with demand.

Could do with a much better and bigger parking area
