Hillside park, despite its relatively small perimeter, is a lovely gem for us dog lovers in Arlington. It is quiet , quaint and features a whimsical pond where the dogs may cool off.
Watch for dog excrements on the poorly spaced stairs flanked by the picnic tables full of smokers.
