This is Central Harlem's main library . The computer classes are top notch. Laptops allow for usage w/o a reservation . Some locals may lack library etiquette. At least it's light & airy. Prime locale.

Definitely the nosiest library in Harlem !! If you wanna get work done in a serene environment then do not come here!! But they do have usefully activities and information for in and for the community.
