i wish i could broadcast to the world that barnes & noble cafe is not a starbucks and cannot accept starbucks app/gold/gift cards. superior to starbucks; cookies and pastries baked fresh here daily.

The cafe is nice with pretty good food. But there is only one outlet in the cafe and hardly ever a place to sit!

Twice I've been in this store with no one behind me and associate has closed their register and dismissed me with no replacement. Worst customer service. I'm done shopping B&N.
