Fort Drum Service Plaza

The remodel is almost done and it's more organized now. Gone are the porta jons! They added a fenced in dog run with a water fountain , poo bags and waste can. It's in the center near the gas station .

Just newly renovated. Parking is screwy. The scotch must have been good when they designed this parking area. I recommend parking in the truck/RV area.

Amazing how many people park cars in the RV parking and ignore the actual auto parking lot . Here's a tip, if its a really long parking space its not for your honda.

Nice plaza . One changing table is available in the Family restroom , which is located next to the entrance of the Women's restroom .

Someone please tell the staff NOT to use the family restroom ! It's NOT your personal facility! Use the regular restroom ! My granddaughter almost peed her pants because of a male Areas employee!

Eight vendors and 5 are closed on a Thursday night before 8pm. Lots of choice as long as you order Wendy's. Everything else is closed.

One of the cleanest and largest reststops, I have ever been to. And I have to be a Shitload of them. ????☕

Nice dog run . It would be nice if someone would refill the poop bag dispensor. You're gonna need a plow to clean up the piles of crap.

This is a great service plaza . There's never a line for the bathroom & it's always kept really clean .

This is the cleanest and most modern rest area/stop on the turnpike .

Most people go to plazas to pee while on a drive. You park at this Plaza so far from the entrance then find the bathrooms in the BACK of the station. What should have been a 3 minute stop takes 15.

This place is huge! Tons of restrooms that are clean . Ten restaurants to choose from. Stores too!

The best service plaza between Orlando and Miami. (others are getting replaced also)

If you are driving and fell tired, hungry or must use restroom , you should stop here! Nice place! Free wifi !

Beautiful new design; however, you have to walk a ton just to get to the bathrooms . Why not have bathrooms at both ends of the plaza ? Not a customer friendly approach.

Visited July 4th weekend & it was packed. Bathroom was filthy & there were two attendants actively cleaning . No toilet paper in multiple stalls, clogged toilet , & “trough” style sink - out of order.

Clean , free wi-fi, lots of fast food choices. Big washrooms.

Earl of Sandwich is excellent.. Try No. 3.. It's the most delicious hot sub I've tried.. Yum!

Looks like they have been putting some hard earned money in redoing the rest stops (Plazas ). Very nice upgrade!

Weak AT&T signal but that's not the plaza 's fault. New building and design is great! I enjoyed this stop

Nicest bathrooms I've ever seen at a gas station . Clean and pretty :) a welcome surprise.

So many restaurants ! Just remember to bring a sweater. And expect long lines at Wendy's.

There is a ton if construction here. Skip parking by the center and park by the gas station . There is a walking path .

The air dryers are so noisy . It scares me senseless.

Tesla Charging Station is right next to the dog park .

Not a fan of these new plazas . Sure, they're fancy and new, but the larger parking lots just mean you have to walk a mile to pee.

The New Plaza is open 5/1/2013. There is a Brookstone Store!

They have totally rebuilt this Toll plaza . It really is NICE!!!

If you want other fast food besides dunkin donuts you better leave before 8:30. Because every other restaurant in that place closes at 8:30. It was sad.

Earl of Sandwich is pretty solid for tasty, melted sub-type stuff.

Under construction and it is a mad house. Not enough parking , long bathroom lines because people avoiding the service plaza to the north. Peeing your pants is a better alternative.
