Luxury hotel with the view of Mt . Fuji from your window/balcony(in a clear day of course). Unfortunately on my stay that wasn't the day :(

Lakeside Kawaguchiko Sunnide Resort (河口湖畔 サニーデリゾート) also have an outdoor onsen open view to the Kawaguchiko lake. Awesome!

I stay at number16 the bbq is behind the cottage so we could not see the Fuji but if you stay the one beside this cottage you will get bbq with Fuji view so nice but we can have meal on our balcony. - namwaan two-nd

The Houtou Pumpkin is amazing, big bowls of serving so you can easily share. All veggies, not sure if the broth is vegan as well. They have an English menu and lots of side dishes to choose from. - Milla M
