I love this store! The people are friendly and helpful. Even though it's almost always packed I never have to wait long. Even the techs ("Geniuses") have people skills! Weird and awesome.

Didn't have an appointment and got taken care of within minutes on a busy Saturday morning. Super helpful and friendly . Apple customer service is top notch. Forever a loyal customer here!

Make sure that you go over everything you have purchased and have them ensure its in the bag and on the receipt before walking out. Because they dont care if they forget part of your order/ purchase.

horrible customer service. you apparently have to check but they never tell you. so you waste a great deal of time trying to get help. best bet is to come when very little people are shopping.
