It's 2017 (three years since last tip posted here) and their service is still pathetic. Staff take forever and the food is horrible too. Cod fillet sandwich was way too salty!

This Wendy's is filthy. Every table is dirty . I asked them to clean tables and it took 10 min before someone did. They were not busy so no excuses. Try the Wendy's @ Ashland and Diversey. Much better

They took 20 min to prepare nuggets.

The service here is terrible. If you are in a hurry, don't bother, you could go and have a sit-down meal faster. Plus, they never have any baked potatoes -always "just ran out".

The service is REALLY bad here. The last time we were here, we walked out after waiting 10 mins without them even greeting us or explaining what the malfunction was that kept them from serving us...

Holy crap, the service is just as bad as you've read. Understaffed! In line for 15 minutes, they wouldn't open a second register.
