Mapo BBQ

As a Korean, I can get pretty picky with Korean restaurants and their food. Unlike 34th street in Manhattan, the side dishes are actually really good and the meat was nice and tender.

Hidden gem in Flushing. Korean BBQ at its best. They use real charcoal so your meat is flavorful. Everything was delicious! Lots of side dishes!

One of my favorite Korean Barbeque places. Mapo Galbi , which means a Korean neighborhood called Mapo , is delicious, and side dishes are also tasty. Valet parking is available.

The kalbi , pancake , Corn gratin and soft egg are all amazing. Kind staff and very nice owner.????????????????

You must order two meats to grill at the table. Go for the kalbi and samgeupsyul. The banchan is great, especially cheesy corn !

Feels more homie and family oriented than the commercial feel of ktown. If in the area, definitely worth a try.
