Go drive-thru - faster if there's nobody in the car line . Inside the barista won't ask for your order while you wait - she waits until the register prints the ticket to start making your drink.

I'm upset with you, Starbucks, for discontinuing the biscotti I buy every single morning!!!! Guess I'm not an important customer!!

Waited for literally 10 angry minutes in the drive-thru...but received our drinks for free. Nice save!

Drive thru gets out of control with soccer moms when there is as much as one drop of rain. Head to lake cook & 83 when weather is less than perfect.
