I believe it is well rated. It doesn't deserve a 9.0 but it is a good cheap restaurant . I had the number 12, great pho . It was recommended by the waiter . Amazing tea . Try the pho sauce. You're welcome
We had the mint chicken and the curry . Both amazing, good flavor, big portions and they give you (for free) a delicious broth before the main dish and all the tea you can have.
Greeted with jasmine tea on the house. Proper imperial rolls with lettuce wrap and noodles ???? wonderfully tender tendon in the pho . Large bowl for under $10! If Pho Tan Hoa closed on thurs- go here!
Best pho I’ve had in Tenderloin so far, better than Turtle Tower imo. Rich but not overly salty, and clean tasting broth. Support them!
Great portions and value for money food! Opens early. 930 am. Quick service and not to be missed Vietnamese drip coffee ! :) avoid the toilet - smells like death.
Cash only . Fast, cheap , good. Get the pho tai . Get the crispy rolls and wrap them in the lettuce and mint leaves .
My go-to pho place in San Francisco. Get a large #1. Get a stamp card. And some imperial rolls if you really think you have room.
Get a small pho (large is very large) with just flank steak rather than all the tripe and some other unknown mystery meats.
You'll probably never stumble on this place, 'cuz TL, but it's worth making a trip to. Some of the better Vietnamese I've had in SF.
If your a nano person vs cas crispR go here before you sign up to your bill gates farm hemp cannabis retreat with your company if your not laid off. Chili sauce on decker f the cult snobs join leaf
Great place to go to eat chili to make sure those cult nano cas snobs hate themselves and remember the 5th and 14th amendment, desperate like fish balls
I don't eat beef so I chose the vegetarian soup with the chicken broth . It was so freakin good! Excellent service !
Pho is great. Ordered a #1 and it was a belly full! Nice place. Service was quick and easy! Nice
Best pho I've had in a really long time. Waaaay better than anything you can find in NYC
All the pho , and the imperial rolls !
Actually really great! Better than TT in my opinion. New go to spot in the TL
The Bun Rieu is awesome. Great Flavors!
Hole in the wall in a sketch a** area, but SO worth it! Food never disappoints!
decent pho ! never a wait, so come here if the line at turtle tower is too long ????
I missed these spring rolls ! Very soft and chewy.
Get the bun rieu (tomato shrimp paste and pork based soup )!
Try the Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli Bowl - Nice w/ the hot chili peppers but pagolac vermicelli remains #1 ^^
Finally tried all the pho ' spots on this strip. This one is by far the bet and only a block from home
Among the best pho in the TL or SF for that matter. Much better than the overrated Northern-style pho 2 doors down at Turtle Tower .
Best pho I’ve had in the city so far
Awesome Pho Tai with great flavor! My favorite.
Pho ight, it uses fish balls probably non fresh seafood
Garlic noodles are not the dry garlic noodles one expects. Imperial Rolls are good.
Try the imperial rolls and chicken pho !
The#14 is excellent. Great choice pho first timers and experts alike:-)
Imperial rolls are the best!!
Well-flavored broth, great meats
How come I never know about this? Been here so many times without a stamp... ????????????
When Turtle Tower is closed on Thursdays, come here instead.
I recommend this place. I like the imperial rolls and lemon grass chicken .
Egg noodles with beef was a poor decision. Too greasy and salty. Stick with pho ... it's Pho 2000 after all. The Thai iced tea was great (never had bad Thai iced tea before though).
The best Pho since Vietnam 5 years ago !
Bun Rieu - delicious! ^_^
The Bun Bo Hue is great, have yet to leave hungry or dissatisfied
It's $7.98 for a large now, still worth it...
Bun Rieu . Enough said.
Bun Lieu is yum.
The imperial rolls are to die for!
Soups and rice dishes
Nothing better than some nice Pho to get you going..!!
Pho tai nam.
Bun riew and bun bo hue are very fresh and well made. Yummy...
It was just okay... I don't get what leads such a good rating.
Really great veggie pho !
Best Pho in the TL!

Pho is made with wide flat noodles. Can request other versions of vermicelli though! Five spice chicken is awesome - Alicia Cha
