Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel slightly dated but one part has been renovated. Close to city center by tram (10 min), although hotel itself is in a residential area with limited choices.
It's clean ,has nice breakfast but there is job to do ! Super friendly at the reception and I loved Petra in the bar !
I like that hotel so much. It's just 10 minutes with tram to the city . The rooms are modern. I would suggest that hotel to everyone who wants to visit Zurich.
Good location, near to public transport . Quality isn't typical Crowne Plaza level. Room 1517 wraps around a store room, so expect to hear the squeaky floorboards a lot when housekeeping are at work.
Outstanding Service . Home from Home destination. Easy access to the City . Breakfast is a gastronomes delight. Highly recommended.
Small, cosy rooms with power outlets so no need for adaptors. Love the complimentary pillow mists.
The room was to warm and could not be regulated well . Also blankets were very warm. The restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was in a bit of a hassle.
Rooms in the block "1" have been refurbished and have shower rooms. Rooms in block "2" are slightly older and have baths with a shower attachment. Try and upgrade to a deluxe room

Superior rooms come with a lavazza espresso machine. Location not to bad, close to Leitzigrund stadium and 15 mins into the city .

Be careful of the steel handle bars in the shower area. Especially while soaping. Can b painful!
Park down the back street in the public lot for around 4 francs per night vs. 27 francs in the parking garage next door.

Free internet is slow, only good for email and text. Maps, video are already hard to browse. Faster conn. is available, but it is expensive .
Great specialty at LetziLeu : half crispy chicken with pasta (mushroom / tomato sauce )
Conference rooms are small and not so nice. No free wifi if you are not staying in the hotel - not even a slow line . Expensive parking (at least there is a maximum of 16CHF if you attend a training )

The internet sucks and you can only log in one instrument it seems. Could not use wifi for my mobile and IPad

Best hotel in town. Right near the city center, but it's quiet. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are neat and the whole hotel has a fancy design. Go to parkhuus or onyx bar! - Lena
Easy access by tram (as everywhere in town). Very good stadium to Watch a match. There is a pub almost in front, but they stop alcohol sell before The kickoff (local law). - Werner Filho
