Great gym run by the council. Affordable with very good equipment, a pool, spa and two floors of weights.

Swim , Gym , Climb. Or sit in the café on the ground floor and take in the view of the swimmers hard at it.

Very nice offers for students. Paying 29.95 pounds per month you get free access to the gym and the pool!!

Boxfit class on Monday really gets you fit and nice bunch of people too. The teacher always plays bouncy music .

One of the best pools in london. 25 m, clean , and relatively not crowded .

The deli cafe restaurant Del Aziz by entrance does great massive cakes , good coffee (take away is £1.50) and decent breakfasts

Del Aziz below the gym is dangerous! Fantastic cakes , sandwiches and juices/smoothies.

If you can't go to a class , don't cancel the booking late. You'll get charged, whereas if you just don't turn up you generally wont.
