サーロイン のすき焼き は美味い。それ以外は味の割には高め。価格帯でいうとカルビ とかロース とかの焼肉 をイメージするが、どちらかというとおしゃれ なホルモン 屋といった感じ。
時間制限がある時は、着席して30分で料理のラストオーダーをしなければなりません。落ち着いて食べられない分、料理の記憶がそんなに…(´･_･`)
