Must have the Mushroom Bruschetta with Poached Egg and the Crab and Prawn Linguine . Exceptional! They also know how to make coffee and a perfect tea ! The staff are friendly and helpful
Nice place, waiters very attentive, food good, coffee ok... Just, ... Not sure about the music , was it the kitchens or the cafes , I couldn't tell.. Quiet noisy beat. Not in line with the rest! :)
Friendly staff accommodated special orders for kids. Gnocchi was nice but pappardelle with duck less appealing. Good breakfasts .
Best savoury muffins , latte's and home-made roesti 's going around. Long time favourite.
Vegetarian ? Try the Risotto Barbabietola it's heaven :)
Always good and comparatively affordable .
Over-salted/peppered breakfast is a little presumption. Prefer to season my own, thanks. Would not revisit.
Good coffee and brunch
They make decent pasta . One of the decent cafes in South Melbourne. Pity that they had no sauce for fish & chips ? Read more
Breakfast is always good
Coffee is just the right temperature. Try the eggs a la mer.
Joe's Melting Muffins with a side of roesti and mushrooms - FTW! Good coffee too...
Great poached eggs .
Good coffee and lovely menu with breakfast all day. Check out the specials board! The whiners complaining about the no prams rule, obviously the place is too small for them!
Not particularly child-friendly - no high chairs and strollers have to be left outside
Pathetic. No prams . What a disgrace. If you have kids, boycott.
best breakfast in melbourne; and you can do your market shopping before or after right across the road at the best market in melbourne...
Lousy coffee , burnt french toast and unfriendly staff . stay awayy!
Good coffee, friendly attentive staff, trams rumbling by. A great start to the day. - Peter Beckerleg
Great place for nice breakfast and coffee. Hidden gem in south melbourne. Baked eggs and hash brown to die for. - Jonny Tay
Great spot, right on the beach. Staff are really terrific. Menu is a nice cafe style menu, something for everyone, and food is pretty good. Maybe a little pricey though. - Tiki P
Fantastic selection of stalls including some excellent design wares and some great food vendors. Recommended! - Stuart Cruickshank
Good supermarket for 2nd shop... if you like Aldi or even post the South Melb market opposite! - Ben Talbot
Padre coffee is always amazing. Lovely staff (although they don't always have time to chat - it's never quiet!) and great spot to pick up beans for home. Grab a spot with your shopping pal if you can. - I want to go to there
