Enjoy the steam room in the mens area. Much better steam (smaller space) than by the pool. Great way to start your treatment, whatever it is. Give yourself 2 hours before your booking to enjoy

Tina in the hair salon is great! In 1/2 hour, after a wash & style, you walk out feeling like a brand new person.

First time here was a letdown. It was a typical "Toronto" atmosphere. Cold & impersonal. I was not given a tour , nor told anything about the amenities . Massage was ok, but not for the premium price

Keisha is an excellent masseuse , especially for those with a back or shoulder injury!
