This place is a Kentish Town institution, been on the highshtreet for about 30 years. Really good curries . Lamb dishes are really good, and not too expensive either.
The hotter curries are really worth trying here. Beautifully cooked with a delicious slow burn. Staggeringly good.
Great find in Kentish Town a good range in alternative dishes from a normal curry shop
Ask for the butter chicken and lamb saag . Both were amazing. Dhal was pretty good too.
Good vegetarian options . Friendly service
Non sludgy fresh spicy and clean curry . Do delivery which is a major plus. If you are lucky the delivery guy arrives in a Dinner Jacket .
The food is pretty good but we were rushed out by the waiter because the lunch hour was ending in 30 minutes...not the best service.
The prawn bhuna is amazing!
