Contrary to the other comment, my first visit was actually quite pleasant with same day appointment and friendly staff in terms of customer service. Treatment experience was good as well .
Central location yet reasonably priced with a nice ambience. Experienced masseurs plus no hard selling is a bonus.
The service standard from telephone booking to reception was so lousy. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Steam bath is a measly small room. Saving grace was the massage itself. Will never return.
