We dtopped ranch on a menu and the manager came over. Wasn't sure how I attracted that much importance but I panicked, told him everything was fine and licked the ranch off the menu.....10/10

If possible ask for Ellen as your server. My boyfriend and I come here almost every weekend and sit with her each time. She's like part of the family :)

Manager has a commanding presence. We spilt ranch on a menu, and the Manager came to ask if everything was alright. my friend, so awed by his presence, proceeded to lick the menu clean . 11/10

It's been a while since I have been in a Chili 's and I was actually impressed by how they have changed.

Nate...the manager is very engaged...and the team very friendly . Customized items not an issue. Whole bar area is open seating if busy.

Nice family restaurant great staff , mistakes are rare but they are quick to fix them when they occur.

Using a coupon? Read the fine print , they don't and you end up getting charged, then they blame it on the computer.

Avoid this Chili 's! Service is not good, food makes me sick and drinks are all ice. 3 disappointing trips, 2 got me sick. Never again.
